Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Ground Shipping Only: Because our fine fragrances contain alcohol, federal regulations classify them as flammable liquid materials. Therefore, all orders are shipped strictly via Standard Ground Shipping. Express or overnight air shipping is not available.
Shipping Rates & Delivery: Flat-rate ground shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard ground delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

Return Policy
Due to hygiene, safety, and the artisanal nature of our fragrance samples, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds if:

The 2ml sample vial has been sprayed or used.

The sample vial has been removed or detached from its original sample card.

More than 3 days have passed since the order was delivered according to package tracking.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your sample arrives broken, leaking, or damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at EmmersenChaneyEst26@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can promptly send a replacement.
